I'm not certain, and don't know where a CV rarity guide exists online, but there is generally only one copy of this game on ebay. I would have bought it already, but it is PAL and has a photocopied manual. I think PAL CV games play fine on NTSC consoles, and may buy this copy if nothing else materializes.
