When the Coleco ADAM was first introduced, it had specs that made it look like a real winner. It was a complete system with a decent, typewriter-quality, daisy wheel printer. It had more memory than it's competitors. It had a console game system built in. The high speed tape drive was supposed to be faster than the tape drives of competitors. It sure sounded good!
