I miss Radio Shack and Tandy!

I had a Tandy 1000 TL/3 and it was a great computer! I remember that I actually got a lot of use out of the DeskMate software. It had a lot of functionality and it was so awesome that it was built into the system. Typed out many of my high school reports in its word processor.

It was also always a treat getting software that specifically supported the Tandy sound system. The Sierra adventure games were some of my favourites!

My parents eventually bought me a Tandy 2500 sx/25 as an upgrade to my TL/3. Memories!
